We offer Christian workout videos that use inspirational music and biblical encouragement, as well as recipes, meal plans and Bible reading plans.

Do you love to have fun when you workout? Then you will love these cardio dance workouts, or PAZAZ! as we call it here at Faithful Workouts. Pazaz is the Hebrew word David used in the Bible to describe dancing with joy for all that the Lord had done as he was leading the ark into Jerusalem (2 Samuel 6:16).

Isn’t that a beautiful description? We hope that these videos will help you fill your heart with joy and inspire you to dance in thankfulness for the body God has given you.

Cardio dance workouts like PAZAZ! or Zumba are so good for our mind, body and soul. Did you know that dancing is one of the best ways to prevent Alzheimers? Doing cross body movements in time with music is a great workout for the brain and the body.

Dancing is also a great way to mix up your normal workout routine and try something uplifting and different. It might feel challenging at first, but stick with it and I know you’ll get it while having a lot of fun in the process!
